Well this is what I usually do:
V-Sit Crunch: x20
Criss Cross: x20 (Two sides count as one)
Russian Twist: x40 with 2kg weight (Two sides count as one)
I repeat this up to 5 times depending on the time I have for my workout. For the start though I wouldnt do it 5 but maybe 2 or 3 times.
If you dont like some of the exercises I also would recommend doing a simple plank (approximately 1 minute), leg raises (x20), heel touch (x20) and I also love to do some jackknives from time to time (burns like hell and it requires good stability so I go for max 15).
However you always need to listen to your body. If you find it too easy then feel free to do more reps but if you find it hard then I would recommend to go slow especially if you are not used to this type of workout (otherwise you can get an inflammation).
Happy to see that even with all of my running and minimal weight lifting, the muscles are still a bit visible.

Planks with kickbacks, find ways to change up the exercises you do everyday. Helps make things interesting and also helps you avoid getting bored.
