I once was on the blog of MatchstickMolly (http://matchstickmolly.com/) and read about intuitive eating. It fascinated me, that I didn’t have to follow a diet and just listen to what my body wants. Of course it doesn’t mean to eat junk all the time just because you want it (lot of veggies and fruits + just a tiny bit of junk every now and then).
